Parent Education courses and seminars
Auckland East Parents Centre offer a large range of courses and information sessions for parents-to-be and parents of babies and young children. We run all courses regularly throughout the year, along with special Hot Topic sessions when we find a topic of interest to our members and the wider community. All courses are held in East Auckland (Howick, Pakuranga, Botany and area).

There is plenty of opportunity for asking questions and discussing topics specific to the needs of the group. Each session is 1.5 hours long; refreshments are provided.
Course is held at Picton Centre, 120 Picton Street, Howick

Week 1 (4th June) - Breastfeeding
Week 2 (11th June) - Sleep
Week 3 (18th June) - First Aid
Week 4 (25th June) - Baby Massage & Baby wearing (Sling baby)
Week 5 (2nd July) - Transition to Parenthood
**If you have completed our Childbirth Education course, Baby and You is included as part of your package fee. Please use the code provided by your CBE coordinator. Please email courses@aepc.org.nz if you have any issues booking.
